Positions:

  • This is a W-2 position for a therapist (psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) to work in a private practice setting providing counseling to individuals and couples.

    All client referrals are provided.

    Full time requires 24+ client hours/week (typically meaning 24-28 clients need to be scheduled) with a flexible schedule and is eligible for health insurance benefits. 

  • This is a W-2 position for a therapist (psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) to work in a private practice setting providing counseling to individuals and couples.

    All client referrals are provided.

    Part time requires 15+ client hours/week (this typically means 15-20 clients need to be scheduled weekly).

  • We are seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented, efficient person to join our amazing Care Coordinator Team in providing virtual support to our Psychotherapy practice. The ideal candidate will be adept at prioritizing, multi-tasking and have a positive attitude. This Candidate will also be willing to learn and grow with us!

    Pay: $20/hr

    Shifts will be Monday - Friday 12:30pm-5:30pm / Task Oriented 10 hrs./week and will increase as needed

    This role will report to Clinic Manager

    You will rock this role if you possess excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and promote the vision of the clinic. You must be able to stay extremely organized, thinking 10 steps ahead, and the ability to see the big picture with an entrepreneurial mindset. You have a passion for helping others as you will be communicating with our clients.

    Qualifications:

    Background Check Required

    2-3 years of experience in Client Care and Customer Service (preferably in a medical office at the front desk)

    Psychology undergraduate students and graduates are welcome!

    Responsibilities:

    Supporting Therapists, Psychologists, Social Workers and Counselors with client bookings, payments, administrating intake & consent forms, etc.

    Client support: answering client calls and emails, processing payments at the end of sessions

    Maintaining Quality Assurance (follow up to payments, securing payment information, uploading secure documents, managing the booking software including schedules and treatments offered)

    Maintenance of clinical files and updating practice documents

    Claims confirmations from Insurance companies

    Maintenance of Social Media platforms

    Skills & Attributes of our ideal candidate:

    Dynamic, self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently, proactively and well under pressure

    Strong communication skills, ability to communicate professionally and with compassion to clients with patience when dealing with challenging clients

    Confidence to share ideas and constructive criticism to help us grow

    Juggling multiple projects and to-do’s simultaneously is no problem for you — you work well under pressure, meet deadlines and keep promises

    Bilingual - Spanish speaking preferred

    Tech savvy (we are mostly paper-less and everything is online)

    An appetite for innovation and simplicity who is highly process oriented

    Working autonomously comes easy to you but you also love collaborating with a talented team

    Experience in Social Media platforms who has a passion and creativity for creating content

    Considerable experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive Suite, Gmail, Canva, Dropbox, Mac, Windows in a work environment

    Knowledge of Simple Practice scheduling software is an asset
